In a presentation made earlier today, Evolution or Revolution, I discussed the forces that organizations face externally and ways that leaders can respond internally within their business. A great place to start is the WHY we do we do what we do. What about our work that motivates us? Simon Sinek's TED Talk on Why Good Leaders Make You Feel Safe is a great message on creating a work culture that doesn't just feel good but also makes great business sense.
